These terms apply to your use of mercious.com and to the application you send us through it. By using the site or applying, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
Who can use this site
This site is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use it or to apply. Our creator-management programme is currently open to women aged 18–28. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
Applying is not a contract
Sending an application is a request to be considered. It does not create an agreement between you and Mercious, does not guarantee a reply, and does not oblige either of us to anything. If we would like to work together, we will contact you, answer your questions, and only then discuss a separate written agreement. Nothing is signed or binding until that agreement is.
Your information must be accurate
You agree that everything you tell us in your application — including your age, your contact details and your photos — is true, current and about you. Applications with false information will be rejected, and any later agreement based on false information may be ended.
Photos you send us
You confirm that any photos you upload are of you, that you own them or have the right to send them, and that you are 18 or older in them. We use them only to review your application, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Earnings and results
Any earnings figures, statistics, dashboards or creator stories shown on this site are examples of results achieved by specific creators at specific times. They are illustrative and not a guarantee. Results depend on many factors, including your own effort, consistency and audience, and yours may be higher or lower. We do not promise any level of income.
Our services
Mercious provides account management, marketing and chat-support services to creators we have agreed to work with. The details of those services — including any revenue share — are set out in the written agreement each creator signs, not on this website. Where this site and a signed agreement differ, the agreement applies.
Content on this site
The text, design, logo and images on mercious.com belong to Mercious Agency or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal use, but you may not copy, republish or use its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party platforms
OnlyFans, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and other platforms mentioned on this site are independent companies with their own terms and rules. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and their terms apply to your use of their services.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mercious is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from any inaccuracy in its content, or from any decision you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
