Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Mercious Agency ("Mercious", "we", "us") collects when you visit mercious.com or send us an application, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us — we would rather explain than have you guess.
Who we are
Mercious Agency is a creator-management agency based in California, USA. We manage OnlyFans creator accounts on behalf of the women we work with. We are the "data controller" for the information described here.
What we collect
When you apply, you give us:
- Your first name, age and gender
- Your contact details: phone / WhatsApp number, email address and Telegram username
- Your Instagram handle and your country or city
- Your answers to our application questions (experience, availability, goals, and so on)
- One or two recent photos of yourself
Automatically, like most websites, we collect basic technical information: your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, and — if you arrived from one of our adverts — which advert brought you here. We use the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel for this; see "Cookies and advertising" below.
How we use it
- To review your application and decide whether we are a good fit for each other.
- To contact you about your application, on WhatsApp, Telegram or email. We reach out to applicants we would like to work with; we do not send marketing newsletters.
- To measure our advertising, so we know which adverts reach the right people.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse of the application form.
Your photos
The photos you upload are used only to review your application. They are sent directly to our team's private, access-controlled chat. They are not stored on this website's servers, are never published anywhere, and are never shared with third parties. If you ask us to delete them, we will.
Who can see your information
Only the Mercious team reviewing applications. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information — ever. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site, and they process data only on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosts the website and processes the form when you press submit.
- Telegram — delivers your application to our team's private chat.
- Meta Platforms — the Meta Pixel, for advertising measurement (see below).
- Google — we may machine-translate application text written in another language so we can read it in English.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. By applying, you understand that your information will be processed there.
Cookies and advertising
The Meta Pixel sets cookies that tell us when someone who saw one of our adverts visits this site or submits an application. This helps us show our adverts to the right people and stop showing them to the wrong ones. You can control this through your Meta ad preferences, by blocking cookies in your browser, or by using a tracker-blocking extension. The site works normally without these cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for up to 12 months so we can come back to strong applicants when a spot opens. If we work together, we keep your details for as long as we manage your account and as required afterwards for tax and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your application at any time — see "Your rights".
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your application and photos
- Stop contacting you
If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland or Brazil, these rights are protected by law (the GDPR, UK GDPR and LGPD), and you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you similar rights; we do not sell personal information. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.
Age
This site and our services are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our application requires you to confirm your age. If you believe someone under 18 has applied, contact us and we will delete the record.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the application is processed by a serverless function with no public database, and your application is delivered only to a private, access-controlled team chat. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
